mixed experience at this resort
mildew smelldeep clean
The room reeked of mildew, and the general cleanliness was not great. i noticed cobwebs in the corners of the room and everything felt dusty. It needs a good deep clean, i think.

the staff accommodated my request to have an early check-in, it was greatly appreciated after my long journey. i found a convenience store just across the street , made getting snacks easy. direct beach access allowed me to enjoy the sunset views from the shore.
the wifi signal was a little weak in some areas of the resort.

the resort features a beautiful pool with plenty of sun loungers for relaxation and a dedicated spa area offering various treatments. the on-site restaurant serves both local and international dishes in an elegant, open-air setting. the gym includes treadmills and free weights.

Fantastic Hotel Experience

The staff provides very high quality customer care. They anticipated every need and provided towels for a waterfall visit and the beach. The executive chef, Juandi, takes pride in high standards of food and presentation. The rooms have double showers.
The resort needs a deep clean. The curtains, lampshades, chair cushions, and walls all had stains. I did not want to sit on anything other than the bed sheets.

The hotel has restaurant tables right on top of the sea, something else. The beachfront allows guests to enjoy the sunset every evening with a cocktail. The surrounding area offers opportunities to visit local attractions.

the staff were great. they provided welcome drinks upon arrival. every evening, we received cookies with a local bedtime story. the beachfront access and sunset views from the pool were nice.
i noticed some mosquitoes near the outdoor bathroom area.
